Saffron Northampton Policies

A note from us.

Our dress code is defined as Smart Elegant, please note we reserve the right to refuse entry at our discretion. Reservations for 2-4 guests shall have the table for 2 hours, please ensure your whole party arrives at your reservation time. Saffron operates a strict age restriction of 18 years and above unless accompanied by an adult.

If there are any dietary requirements we should be aware of, please inform us in advance. Please note that we can only hold your table for you, for 15 minutes. After that time, we may need to let your table go, particularly at peak times.

Minimum order of 1 main dish per person at any time when dining in the restaurant.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that your plans can change but please make any changes to your reservation 24 hours before the time of your meal. As a small, independent, destination restaurant, short notice cancellations/changes of date are likely to result in a table that is left empty for the meal.

Any no-shows, cancellations of booking or changes to the date of booking made within 24 hours of your booking will therefore result in a charge of £25 per person.

The charge will be based on the original number of people stated when the booking was first made. Larger groups with pre-arranged menus will have a separate cancellation policy provided during the reservation process.

Paid deposit is non-refundable. An option is available to transfer the booking to a later date.
